Stagecoach Springs is nestled on a secluded wooded 200 acres, with creeks, waterfalls, and a pond, this home is truly a place to escape it all. Start your day with coffee on the back patio and listen to the small waterfall behind the house. The house consist of a master bedroom with a king bed and the 2nd bedroom with two single beds. The home also has a living room, dining room, kitchen, sitting room, and two and half bathroom's. The master bath has a tub and a standup shower and the 2nd bathroom has a tub only. Please do not go upstairs, for it is only used for storage space. There is a covered front and back porch with sitting areas. We have another home located on the land that is not available, but you are welcome to sit on the front porch and relax on the swings. Stagecoach Springs even has some hiking trails on the land with plenty to explore. The city of Manchester, home to the well known festival of Bonnaroo, is only 10 mins away. Want to relax after all the hiking, stop by and sample some wine at Beans Creek Winery. Also while in town stop by Jiffy Burger and have their tasty burger that has won Tennessee Magazine’s Readers Choice Award for Best Burger in Middle Tennessee. There are four beds but only three bedrooms. One queen bed is in the living room in a hide a bed sofa. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The master is on one side of the house with a master bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a bath on the other side of the house. It has a great open concept with the living room, kitchen and dining room in the area.. We have a hide a bed couch in the living room. This is a well equipped home. It’s an open concept with all the extra touches to make your stay perfect. Unlike other places I have stayed we provide toiletries and other essentials so you are not spending your time buying these things while on vacation or a trip. Great cabin located directly on Tims Ford Lake. Cabin has been updated and includes nice, well stocked kitchen as well as a deck (with grill). Enjoy our dock - fish, swim and use our two kayaks, paddle board and a canoe. Plenty of space to tie your boat up to our dock in a mostly private cove. Please read the guest access section for more details on lake access. Cabin is two stories. One bedroom with queen bed down and another bedroom upstairs with two twins and one double. Kitchen, bath, nice den (with sleeper sofa) and dining area and a nice deck with table and chairs and a gas grill. Stack washer and dryer in home. Kitchen has side by side refrigerator w/Ice & water, dishwasher, and range. Please note - The fireplace is electric. Tims Ford is known for its small mouth bass fishing. Good fishing from our dock as well (bring your own poles and gear). You will have dock access to use our dock with a covered boat slip. Besides the slip, there is plenty of room to tie up a second boat or Jet Ski. The dock has an open deck area (about 18' x 8') for sunning, fishing and hanging out. There is also two covered areas (about 4' x 20 each'). We have a table, chairs (8) and umbrella for your use. Great swimming off the dock (there is a ladder) . From the cabin, the view of the lake is blocked by tree's in the summer but pretty open in the winter. NOTE - Our dock is down a relatively steep hill with a paved path (first 100 yards or so) and then less steep mulched path (about 50 yards or so). There are no steps. You are welcome to use our two kayaks, canoe and paddle board (paddles supplied but please bring your own life jackets - WE DO NOT PROVIDE LIFE JACKETS - Life jackets are a TN state law and are required to use our canoe, kayaks or paddle board). Our neighborhood has a boat ramp that you will have access to use. From the cabin, the view of the lake is blocked by tree's in the summer but pretty open in the winter. Our new home was built to be the perfect vacation rental home for one (or multiple) families. Home offers three private master bedrooms (separated by common areas), all with king beds and each with its own large private bathroom. In addition, there is a bunk room with twin/full bunk and one double/twin trundle with its own private bathroom as well as a day bed in the bonus room (full size but only 70" long). Nice open family room with vaulted ceiling (gas fireplace) and dining area overlooking the lake. An amazing kitchen with every amenity, including two dishwashers and two refrigerators. Lower level has a huge bonus room with TV, foosball, combo game table (pool, hockey and more) plus wet-bar with refrigerator. There is a utility room with washer/dryer on both levels. Two huge covered decks overlooking lake (1,500 sf). Upper deck offers a large gas grill, sitting area, dining table for 8, and a screen porch with hanging day bed and a 4-top dining table. Lower deck includes sitting area, dining table, and a 7-person hot tub (additional fee applies to use hot tub for less than 7-day rentals). The view from both decks looks out over the cove. We also have a fire pit area between the lake and the house. Across the cove is wooded TVA land with lots of wildlife (deer, raccoons, eagles, herons, and more). There is space available next to the cabin for boat or Seadoo parking but our dock is NOT available for boat docking. Need a little extra room?! Then you won't believe that this cabin offers an ADDITIONAL full sized RV pad with FULL hook-ups including sewer that will fit even the largest class A motor coaches. Additional fees to rent the RV pad are not included in regular price. We know you will enjoy this cozy cabin with INCREDIBLE views as much as we have for the last 14 years!!

Welcome to our family's lakehouse on Tims Ford Lake in Tennessee. Best features: -Can accommodate large groups (beds for 13 people) -Large deck with fire-pit -Private dock is not in a "cove" you normally see on Tims Ford, the dock is 200 feet from both neighboring docks and across from TVA land. -New furnishings and beds Home details: built in 1998, 3600sq feet, stucco exterior, 5 bedrooms, sleeps 13 people, 4.5 baths, 2 living rooms, 2 dining tables. Beds- 2 kings, 2 queens, 2 bunk beds, 1 daybed. Office in one of the queen rooms. Important to note that there are 100 steps from the house to the deck, may not be optimal for some people. High speed fiber internet/wifi. Hulu live. 2 kayaks available for guest to explore the lake, board games, corn hole, children's toys, baby gear.
